Eighteen regions across two photographs of Elias Howe Jr.'s 1846 patent model — overview (flywheel, hand crank, mechanism housing) and mechanism close-up (baster plate, shuttle, needle, lockstitch seam). The cross-view test: CLIP scored the "curved eye-pointed needle" at 0.758 (overview) and 0.879 (close-up), the strongest same-label consistency across two views in the corpus.
