Thirteen regions label The Great Wave (c. 1831) — wave body, claw crests, three boats, Mount Fuji, and spray. The canonical iconographic-prior failure: Fuji was initially placed on the central foam mass, ~240 px from its actual position in the upper right, because the prior "Fuji is the most prominent feature" overrode its pixel location.
